According to the allotment of the warrant (SPALI-W2), which could be
exercised in every three months, to the existing shareholders on
March 31, 2003. Please be informed that the eleventh exercise date is on
March 31, 2006. The warrantholder who wishes to exercise the warrants can
submit an exercise notice to the Company since 28-30 March 2006 on the
business day at 8.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.. The exercise ratio is 1 unit of
warrant can buy 1.07580 ordinary shares at the price of Baht 1 each according
to the criteria and conditions that specified in the prospectus.
Furthermore, the allotment of the warrant (SPALI-W3), which could be
exercised in every three months, to the existing shareholders on
August 30, 2005. Please be informed that the second exercise date is on
March 31, 2006. The warrantholder who wishes to exercise the warrants can
submit an exercise notice to the Company since 24-30 March 2006 on the
business day at 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.. The exercise ratio is 1 unit of
warrant can buy 1 ordinary share at the price of Baht 1.50 each according
to the criteria and conditions that specified in the prospectus. The contact
