Successful project launches lifted SPALI to record sales.

Supalai Public Company Limited launched 2 projects successfully in November 2009. Supalai Park Asoke-Ratchada and Supalai Park @ Ratchayothin sales proven that there are still healthy demand for condominium project in right location and segment. The company sold out its Supalai Park Asoke-Ratchada, THB 1.42 billion worth, within the first hour of its official launch on 22 November 2009. Supalai Park @ Ratchayothin also received outstanding interests from customers, selling more than 70 % of its THB 2.29 billion value within the first 3 days of its official launch.
This shows the continuous trend of condominium sales for Supalai who also sold more than 70 % of its Supalai Casa Riva Vista II project within the first month of launch in September 2009. To date, Supalai has made its record sales of higher than THB 11.5 billion, significantly larger than its previous high of THB 9.0 billion made in 2008.
The company has 1 more major project to launch in 2009. Supalai Park @ Downtown Phuket is set to launch in December 2009, where major portion of the project is expected to be sold within the month. This project in Phuket also stresses Supalai5s commitment to grow in major provincial markets. The company also has 1 project in Chiangmai and 1 additional project in Phuket ready to be launched in 2010.
