SUBJECT: Appointment of Managing Director
To Managing Director Stock Exchange of Thailand
Supalai Public Company Limited has announced the appointment of its Deputy Managing Director, Mr.Atip Bijanonda, to be the company's Managing Director. Mr.Atip has been with the company for 18 years and is currently the President of Thai Condominium Association as well as the Advisor of Housing Business Association of Thailand.
This appointment will enhance flexibility and dynamics of the company during the period that the company is growing rapidly. Mr.Atip will be acting as Chief Management Officer of the company to oversee operations in various parts of business. Mr.Prateep Tangmatitham, the company's Chief Executive Officer and founder, will still remain active in the company's operations and maintain his stake as major shareholder of the company.
